Good morning everyone!!! It is finally Friday and that means that you've almost made it through another week in July. Time seems to be flying by quickly...or maybe I'm just getting older. Whatever the case may be, I hope that everything has been going well on your end.

I decided to take a much needed break from blogging for a few days but I am overly excited to be back here to share something extremely special with you. If you can recall, I previously mentioned that I've had my face buried in three different books this summer - #GIRLBOSS, Love In My Language and The Sacred Bombshell Handbook Of Self-Love. Who would have known that the universe would allow me to come in contact with an array of women who are not only business saavy and innovative in their own right, but unapologetic about who they are? More specifically, who would have known that I would have the privilege and blessing to meet one of these women, especially when I had zero intentions of stumbling across her?

The day that I decided to venture inside of the bookstore that was located inside of New Orleans' Convention Center during Essence Fest was a day that gave me confirmation that I'm headed in the right direction. Ladies and gentleman I present to you Abiola Abrams

Abiola Abrams is every bit of spiritual, intellectual and healing. Her presence alone speaks before she does and it is a kind of presence that is gentle yet powerful enough to command your attention. She refers to herself as " The Bomshell Whisperer and The Midwife for Your Life" just to name a few. If that isn't enough to get you going then please keep reading. To date, she has written for Essence Magazine as a love columnist and she has also interviewed Viola Davis, Issa Rae and Amel Larrieux. Not only has Abiola accomplished these things, she works to help other women tap into their inner "Sacred Bombshell." Having completely redefined the terminology behind "bombshell," Abiola dares to gently tap on the souls of those who may not be on the path that they'd like to be on in life. I call them "love taps."

Every so often life tends to throw us curve balls and sometimes these curve balls absolutely HURT. We become upset, afraid and confused because the plans that we may have had in plans become thwarted. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in one place because we've allowed our pain, fear and frustration cripple us. We let these things wash over us and completely consume until we wake up one day and realize that we're tired of going in circles. I can personally attest to this.

Well, I thought that it would be a great idea to share something wonderful with you all. I was a tad bit skeptical about buying a book with the words "self-love" in the title because I didn't want to invest in something that sounded more mechanical than inspiring. But I can assure you that The Sacred Bombshell Handbook Of Self-Love is anything but mechanical.

And this is why I have personally teamed up with Abiola Abrams to bring you "The Sacred Bombshell Giveaway!" The items included in this giveaway are as follows:
